Our Team

Kim Holland Doey, a Florida native was raised in Jupiter, Florida. After graduating from Jupiter High School, Kim worked for a corporate airline, which is where she met her husband. After a few years, they settled in Omaha, NE and while raising their two children and graduating with an undergrad degree in International Business, Kim earned her first real estate license and worked with Century 21 as a Recruiter, Trainer and Real Estate Agent. When the kids decided to go to college in Florida, Kim moved home to Jupiter and earned her 2nd real estate license. After a few years, when Kim moved to Oregon to be closer to her daughter and grandson, Kim earned her 3rd real estate license and practiced for 3 years and when she finally moved back home to Florida, she earned her 4th license in early Jan 2025 and joined The Jessica Gulick Group with Compass in Jupiter, FL.

Kim has traveled extensively throughout North America, including a year-long road trip around the U.S. with her family. Her background working for an airline and her time as Director of Technology at an American overseas school in Haiti have given her a deep appreciation for diverse communities, cultures, and lifestyles. These experiences have shaped her approach to real estate—offering clients not just market expertise, but a genuine understanding of what it means to find the right place to call home. Kim brings curiosity, empathy, and a global perspective to every transaction, helping buyers and sellers navigate with confidence and care.
