This native Floridian and lifelong Palm Beach County resident has extensive knowledge of the South Florida real estate market, and an incomparable eye for homes of luxury and potential.

To date, Jessica has served over 105 clients and sold in excess of $30 million of real estate. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and recognized as a “Best of Zillow” Agent. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jessica has personally turned properties into successful six-figure-producing Airbnbs and annual rental properties, and she’s always on the hunt for good investments. Jessica is licensed in Florida and getting licensed in Nebraska and California as her referral network has grown rapidly; plus she does a huge referral business in the northeast.

While earning her BS in Finance with a Hospitality minor at Florida Atlantic University, Jessica worked with high-end designers like Michael Kors and Reed Krakoff. She was a consistent top sales associate with a keen eye for detail and design, and a natural ability for staging. Jessica was later a high-level executive assistant to a luxury auctioneer, consultant and brokerage group, and then helped to startup two brokerages. By age 25 she was a top agent who ventured out on her own and founded The Jessica Gulick Group. Outside of real estate, Jessica loves being active whether outdoors or traveling. A typical weekend for her involves offshore fishing or cruising the waters on a boat. She also adores spending time with her mini Golden Doodle Cooper who she takes everywhere she goes!
